CARLSBAD, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 26, 2013) - SPY® Inc. (OTCBB: XSPY), a leading eyewear company known for its patent-pending Happy Lens™ technology, today announced that Jim Sepanek, SPY Vice President of Optical, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of SPY, effective December 26, 2013.
Having joined SPY in May 2011, Sepanek has led business development and sales for SPY as it evolves its global presence. With nearly 20 years of experience in the optical industry, Sepanek has previously served as vice president of business development at Signature Eyewear and prior to that, held executive positions at Rem Eyewear and Revo, Inc.
