If I had to guess what is happening behind the scenes: They are prepping the certs to be mailed out at a time that coincides with the release of the 10K.
We have Friday and then Monday is 12/30. I think the deadline is 12/31. Maybe they will FedEx them overnight on Monday? I'm just thinking out loud here.
