Indeed things are opening up very nicely. See my earlier reply to you reposted below for my thoughts. I also like your take on it to. You were always much better able to research Novamex than  I was. 

Remember their last Annual Report dated 13 December 2012. That was where I found the reference to Novamx at page 9:

This has huge significance in my view. It could possibly mean this - that the shares that Novamex needed to buy to  exercise its original option were indeed being bought by them over this year. It could also mean that they now have control of SRGE. It could also mean that they are about to make a move to the next stage of their plans.

SOMEONE PAID FOR THIS DOCUMENT TO BE RELEASED TODAY ON PURPOSE. IT'S ONE YEAR TO THE DAY THAT SRGE WAS SUSPENDED. IT'S NOT A COINCIDENCE THAT THIS DOCUMENT WAS RELEASED TODAY!
