I don't think Bandera is still litigating or their king basher Earnest would be able to post a link to a Mexican court website showing where they have filed papers.
Last thing Bandera filed in any Mexican court was a petition to transfer the titles of Cinco Minas into their own names. The Mexican courts ruled against them in August 2011. Since then, nobody and I mean nobody at all can find any filings of any papers from either party, at all.
I just think Bandera won't admit it, as if they do, they have to take the hit on their accounts which will effectively make them bankrupt.
