Lets suppose our 100 share man has done his 100 sh

Lets suppose our 100 share man has done his 100 share buy say, oh, 40 times. 40 X 100 =4,000 shares @ .0001.I assume he has no brokerage fee. But what has he accomplished? I just cannot figure out his scheme. Anyone?    JB
