Carlyle Capital Markets to Source Capital for Principal Solar Project Acquisition and Development
Principal Solar, Inc. (PSI; OTC Pink: PSWW), a publicly traded solar energy holding company executing a unique roll-up strategy to create the world's first distributed solar utility TM, has engaged Carlyle Capital Markets Inc. (CCMI) as its financial consultant to guide its funding strategy for the acquisition and development of solar projects. CCMI was selected based upon its extensive experience with alternative energy projects.
