though my bookmark for the hard to find port schedule is buried so deep i usually cant find it- and havent asked anybody to post said link since i have forever encouraged non basher posting participation-e.g. by those who are privy to the hard to find port schedule
again best bet /leeway for discovering incoming is imo vesseltracker even though spotty
brad has told us very little -working on and solving transitional issues-and i dont think he was happy w the limitations of permits- dont know what limitations-we've publicly posted permits from independent sources several times and though i dont read spanish i/we havent seen any limitations -
so i deduced that the contacts he had developed since 2008 were w countries not presently covered by the permits-(China India USA are presently covered- yes USA, esp Baltimore,1 of only 2 or 3 50' deep eastern USA ports, imports iron,as per articles and Baltimore port site)
permits usually cover jan dec time frame (being cancelled every december 31) so any additional countries etc added to permits in last couple months probably are effective beginning in jan- and theres a rumor they might ship in jan -co hasnt told me anything about such-but that would be logical given the scenario just laid out
thats also the most likely logical reason for not shipping since May when they have so much inventory-other possible reasons are trouble w port or an imminent shiploading station permit near Erendira forecast to be open by 2014 on Navial pdf website-which would avoid port games and be less expensive
