Delay wise, what does this mean for SKTO (from the AEGY 10Q):
"We issued a total of 100 million shares of our common stock to SKTO for this exclusive agreement, valued at $30,000 based on the closing market price for the stock on the date of the Agreement, and also undertook to register the planned distribution of the shares by SKTO to its shareholders. We have not yet filed the agreed to registration statement due to cost factors and the need to complete the fiscal year end audit, but expect to file the registration statement as soon as this Annual Report has been completed and filed."
