My reply to Sunnybanks: Probably-as you say with volume low it might be hard to tell whether there is any buyback. Previous discussions on which broker/mm they might use were conflicting from their (bullitt etc) own posts.
at this point most would make money if they held but financial exigencies after holding for so long obviously force some to sell.

Possible breakthrough items-once sec settlement is completed-and I see no reason why that should take much longer, I hope they have things ready for uplisting/financials. 
If doj determines sentencing at level 1-10 on Sept 27 (which is likely imo unless the govt builds a few billion more jails-already have an unequal application of the law punishing promoters but not demoters),under the plea agreement for the 2010 intended promo, Bob would get merely probation,which would probably clear him to return as CEO if that was helpful in his estimation,but doj action already otherwise settled and otherwise does not affect the company.
