CVSL And My Secret Kitchen Finalize Transaction
DALLAS, Dec. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CVSL Inc. [stock symbol: CVSL] and My Secret Kitchen, an award-winning United Kingdom-based direct seller of a unique line of food products, announced today that they have successfully closed a transaction for My Secret Kitchen to become part of the CVSL family of direct selling companies. The two companies had signed a letter of intent for the transaction on November 15.
My Secret Kitchen (www.mysecretkitchen.co.uk) offers a range of innovative food products made with natural ingredients. The line includes mixes, sauces, dressings, spices, oils and desserts, as well as gift boxes and baskets. The company sells through home tasting parties across the U.K.
