It was announced back in May by Victor Siegel, that there was every intention of up listing to a higher tier in the OTC markets. It appears to me that T.E.A.M. leadership A.K.A., T he E xcellence @ M indpix leadership has made the grade! This is my opinion based upon the facts. An S-1 filing takes about 24 weeks, at 40 hours per week, which is almost one half a year to accomplish.
