There are number of significant differences between hemp oil and Dharmanol. One is BB's proprietary process of extraction, purification, stabilization and preservation of mixed carboxylates such as THCA and CBDA (found in fresh cannabis juice, but by their chemical nature very unstable). These have a range of powerful healing properties and disease applications that extend and enhance the range and power of CBD. Another important difference is the "whole plant" aspect of Dharmanol.
Still another difference are the added terpenes and terpenoids which have been known for centuries their antiseptic and curative properties. Cannabis, pine, eucalytpus, t-tree, citrus and other plants contain terpenoids with strong antimicrobial, antifungal and antiparasitic properties. Hops contains terpenes. Hops was added to beer centuries ago not for its flavor but to extend the "shelf life" of beer.
"The first product is "Dharmanol Whole Plant" tablets with 5 mg. CBD, 5 mg. mixed carboxylates, 5 mg. separated terpenes and terpenoids, 25 mg. of vitamin C (ascorbic acid as a preservative), and 5 mg. certified organic hemp oil (from Canada). This non-psychoactive neutraceutical supplement contains less than 0.3% active THC." -PR (D. Gold)
"Dharmanol does contain some active THC. It also contains a full spectrum of all the other cannabinoids contained in the source material. The big difference here is that the great bulk of the THC has been preserved (extracted and stabilized) in its non-psychoactive form as THCA. It will not get one 'high'." - D. Gold
"While the total cannabinoids in each tablet is 10 mg., the amount of psychoactive THC in Dharmanol is less than that found in many hemp products that can be purchased at the health food or nutrition store." -D. Gold
