No worries. If you have any questions at all please post your thoughts here. We have some great shareholders that when taken together as a resource, can answer virtually any question asked. If and when any individual shareholder starts performing work with the company as a consultant or a direct employee, they obviously remove themselves from the board discussion. They do however monitor the boards for legitimate concerns and questions and one way or another the answers will get posted...as long as it's not inside info eh!
We have shareholders/posters who have conducted business directly with the company as consumers. We have PhredG who is a 15 year industry veteran with M&A experience and a thorough understanding of the e-waste business not only from a top down perch M&A guy, but also an active high level operations manager. We have shareholders who own their own recycling businesses. We have shareholders who understand the value of the certs that EWSI has via their SURF/2TRG acquisitions. We have investors who clearly understand the value of a fragmented 150B dollar reverse logisitics industry and the opportunity that exists for a start up like EWSI, with its incredible leadership, to quickly ramp up to that magic billion dollar range and change the way e-waste is handled on many continents.
Anyway...whatever questions you or anyone else has are appreciated and respected. Most can be answered here. If a person isn't comfortable securing primary information from a message board, then simply e-mail your questions to Susan Johnson. She's crazy busy now, but she always takes time to answer shareholders questions. I think the timeliness of those answers may start to get a bit longer as she also completes filings and is a major legal resource for the company regarding origination of contracts!! Craaaazzzzzy busy! I hope LukerDuker can pick up some of the slack!! Razor sharp he is....
