Dear fellow investors ,
It is with great pride that I commit this as my last post on the ihub forum, for I am teaming up with E-Waste Systems, Inc. to broaden investor awareness. As I have mentioned in the past, I have a background in corporate advisory services , and I consider my sales and marketing skills to be the strengths that have driven my successes to date.
Like many of you publicly posted, I was also not happy about the way EWSI paper was trading . I urged you many times to work outside of the confines of ihub to find a way to attract the attention this company deserves, because I truly felt it was the final piece missing in the puzzle. Of course , in an effort to practice what I preached, I spent the last several weeks working on ways I too could help expose them on a more global scale. After many brainstorming sessions with several of you, and conversations with Susan and Martin about methods for broadening public awareness, it was decided that I will team with EWSI through the media relations division of my business, and help them build out their social media presence as well as participate in their 2014 PR campaign.
Martin said in a letter to all of us earlier in the year that he always intended to launch a PR campaign once he felt the foundation was solid enough to sustain the growth that would follow. After posting 3 consecutive quarters of rapid growth, and another just wrapping up, it is our consensus that we are in a great position for 2014, so the timing for this development could not be more exciting.
We saw EWSI grow from $229K in the first quarter to $5.3 mm in the 3rd. We’ve also been told that we can expect at least $6 mm in Q4. Yet, on Friday, the closing bell rang with a market cap of $7.1 mm for EWSI, a figure that is lower than the reported revenues to date. Like many here, I believe this is an anomaly that can be fixed with greater awareness, and I am looking forward to doing my part.
Thank you everybody for the experiences and diligence shared on this page. We all have our own motives for posting, and if there is one thing I can say without a shred of doubt in my mind, it’s that I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for all of you. Continue to engage in meaningful dialogue, and know that Martin and team are well aware of the concerns that are brought up here. Even though at times it feels like we are running in circles, a lot of meaningful discussion has come as a result. Everything said, I will no longer be able to have this kind of direct contact with you, as I will be an insider, but I am by no means going away!
Happy holidays to all! May they be full of love, joy, family, friends, and all of the electronic gadgets your hearts desire!
Sincerely,
Luke
