The judgement handed down to them in August 2011, was in relation to their attempts to register the five mines in Cinco Minas in their own name.
I will try to dig out the post I put on ihub where I translated the court documents using Google translate clearly showing that the Judge refused to allow BGL to register the mines in their name.
18 months after that, MSJ took back ownership of the mines as it seems most likely that BGL had to file an appeal in 18 months. As they didn't they lost the whole case.
I'll see if I can dig out the post from my posting history but it will be going back a very long way.
