Peter Villiotis, CEO of PV Enterprises International, (hereinafter referred to as "VDSC"), would like to inform shareholders and interested parties alike that VDSC has executed a contract with Tanke, Inc. (TNKE) for the purchase of propriety technology for the regeneration of wastewater to sanitized, drinkable water adapted by Mr. Villiotis to the maritime industry.
