Yes. The short answer is that the PPS does bother company leadership. There is a major disconnect between PPS and filed results so far.
There were way to damn many S-8 shares hitting the free float since the 2TRG announcement. But, it is what it is. The market did not respond as it should have to what is undeniably great news. Folks are focused on dilution (which will continue...and for very very good reasons IMO). Once the market didn't react to 2TRG, S-8 blocks were still for sale and the MMs went to work distributing them. VFIN showing up again this morning was the kiss of death. They sold hard into the 03 bid and then moved out of the way. That was not needed as yesterday was clearly displaying a probable turn in the PPS. And then.......
Lots of long folks are very green even at 027. Once the 200 was broken (thanks VFIN), then I'm sure some retail jumped in their (about 600K from our buddy using CSTI). This type of chaos in trading creates doubt about where the shares are coming from, when in reality it is very clear. The 1M increase in O/S does not justify almost 27M shares of stock traded to the downside since the 2TRG news. S-8 shares, profit taking, and overall chaos from bullshit posters creating doubt as the price accelerates to the downside have us where we are...completely and totally undervalued.
I am very interested in seeing the details of the TCA contract. I thought we would have seen that by now. Probably very soon.
I have nothing for sale.
Again, if anyone has any ideas about company awareness initiatives or target audiences, please post your thoughts here. The "new guy" is monitoring this board as a brainstorming source. FYI
