A word about the Technicals. I hardly ever post about the technicals because typically the intraday volume is so enemic and small compared to the float that any trading either way, up or down, can make the stock jump and fall on a few measly dollars worth of trades on any given day so the technicals do not mean much. However, I am noticing that lately the stock is trading in a rather defined channel between the local high of .0032 and the local low of .0016, with the 200 DMA hovering right at .003 and the mean range from .0024 to .0025. This recent retest of the lower channel on low volume to some degree has allowed the stochastics to refresh. The MACD and RSI were at very high, unsustainable levels and after the close today they are back to more average levels. In such low volume, I do not see the stock going anywhere for now other than bouncing between .0016 and .0032. L2 looked thin today while at .002 but I am guessing that if the PPS hit above the 200 DMA there would be shares coming out of the woodwork to sit on the ASK at .0032 and other levels keeping it from going higher, unless of course there was massive buying pressure coming into the stock for some fundamental reason. Be patient and stay long!
