I don't know about schooling you Kgem, you seem to have a handle on it. I have certainly seen some of the issues you're referring to first hand.  Fortunately, HIMR appears to be battling these things head on and has at least begun communicating more regularly about the situation.  Clearly since we are investors here, we believe that Hollund will prevail.
