Lollands Bank A/S – admittance to trading and official listing of new shares due the merger between Lollands Bank A/S and Vordingborg A/S
On general meetings in Lollands Bank A/S and Vordingborg Bank A/S the merger between the two companies was adopted. Lollands Bank is the continuing company. Due to the merger the share capital in Lollands Bank will be increased.
Admittance to trading and official listing of new shares will take effect as per 2 January 2014.
As a consequence of the merger, Vordingborg Bank will be delisted from trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 2 January 2014. Please see separate exchange notice about the delisting.
