IF YOU DON'T HIT THE ASK NOW, THEN YOU'LL HAVE TO HIT THE FLIPPERS BLOCK LATER...JUST A THOUGHT...IT'S TIME TO MOVE UP.
That 150K into the bid at 03 was BKRT moving some shares via Level I (they do see the entire order book, even in the OTC...and only them).
