Chatted with Susan a bit this morning. Suffice it to say that many folks in the company, including the T/A have been bombarded with share structure questions. So much so that it is hampering their ability to get other more important business accomplished.
They have always been transparent and have taken the highest road possible with shareholders. They answer every shareholder question they can possibly respond to, regardless of how aggressive the language is.
Watch for an update on the EWSI web site either today or tomorrow with a new pattern for share structure releases. And, yes, the T/A will be gagged.
I have zero problems with dilution regarding EWSI as they have proven themselves to be prudent when using shares to pay consultants and to ink deals. As long as the shares provide both short and long term value to the balance sheet above and beyond their initial cost, then I'm a happy camper.
Someone posted that folks should focus on the fundamentals of EWSI as a growth story rather than other types of analysis. I absolutely agree with this thought.
