The fact that on several occasions back in 2006/7 when I was getting the feeling that I wasn't getting the 'straight story' from the CEO Dr. Eugene of NNVC, I would ring up CFO Leo E. Since I had a lot of shares at that time in their company I could 'talk' with them. (Those who have that kind of position in a penny stock can relate).
Well talking to Leo at the time didn't make things any clearer to me. I felt he was 'keeping his cards close to the chest'. Only when he suddenly left - that I felt - OK- there's something here happening not to his liking. The fact that NNVC was so murky in transparency, with the founder Dr. Diwan being a control freak of the 1st order- I was never going to get more than the same ole line 'it's just around the corner'. And Ovi had them pegged way back, but he believed in Leo.
I thought Leo saw a lot and didn't like what he saw with that bunch and bailed to form CTIX, with Dr. Menon, but are they still interconnected? Who knows? I don't even know what the status is of the 7M shares of NNVC stock Leo had. At the time I asked Dr. FeelDoom and he was going to get back to me on that question...well that never happened. So I took my losses with the Lifestyle Sled. Hey, You know something? These people never buy someone elses shares- they just ISSUE SHARES for a living, company after company.
The question is one we all have; Who do you believe?
Well I have a saying; I can always forgive IF you get the FIRST ONE right. If not, I'm not around for the second.
Since I haven't done any DD on some of the other picks you guys are into here now, and since mid-January is 'just around the corner'', I'll hang out awhile longer and see if the developments are positive and the green keeps rolling.
