We know from the latest Q that HIMR can increase their ownership of Bayano Lake Wood Products Corp. to 25% by 12/31/13. In the latest blog, under 2014 goals it notes the goal to "Increase HIMR's equity position within Bayano Lake Wood Products Corp.". Does this mean HIMR can acquire more than 25% and have a bigger profit share? If so, how much more?
The statements about the JV in the Q are significantly different than the LOI (and hence, the importance of Vodka LOL) and HIMR hasn't disclosed the contract agreement to clarify the matter. The JV might be better than it looked in the Q, but we need clarification from management. It often seems like management wants the stock price down for now and withholding the contract agreement while disclosing near term implication in the Q might be an example of that - we can hope.
