It's over for these folks. They are already scurrying for cover as the 1 petitioner has claimed that the attorney does not represent him.
Needless to say the judge is not amused. In fact, he's miffed I'd say.
If no paperwork is found, the attorney will face substantial problems.
The 300 dollar petition will end up costing them, quite possibly for the rest of there lives.
I believe it's jointly and severally liable in this case, which means if the petitioner can't pay, he buddy has to pay for him.....
Watch them scramble......
