Treaty will need to PROVE damages. Treaty just does not give the judge a list. The last time Treaty got this far Treaty Could not PROVE the damages...
This is very ignorant post.
First of all, the award for the court cost are a given. We're looking at 50k to 100k....currently. Should they want continue the folly, over 6 figures it goes.
The damages are easily provable. Loss of capital will be first. Of course it's very difficult to sell shares with pending BK case. Then the shares that were sold, were sold at a heavy discount as to account for the risk of the BK petition. Then you have the fact of all the maligned post. Copies have been made and will be submitted to the judge. Plenty of knowingly false statements by the petitioners.
The judge has indicated he wants to make quick work of this issue. The testimony given will be ours to attest to the facts mentioned. It's pretty cut and dry.
