Viper Networks Announces Work With Multiple Sri Lanka Government Departments on LED Light Quantities and Installation and Other Important Updates

TROY, Mich., Dec. 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VPER), is pleased to announce that the Company has officially completed the LED light pilot testing approval process for several Sri Lanka governmental departments. As such, the Company is now working within several different government sectors on LED light quantities and installation coordinates.

The Company expects to announce LED light order numbers (quantities) and installation timeline schedules for multiple Sri Lanka cities; including the capital Colombo, other municipalities and/or government Ministries beginning in early 2014. Additionally, successful pilot testing results and further talks with key Sri Lanka officials have lead to potential LED contracts that may eventually cover the vast majority of the entire country's highways and major roads.

In geographically related news, Viper Network (in partnership with Apollo Metro) and their exclusive Agent in Southern Asia RI Developers (PVT) Ltd, is also working directly with representatives of the Republic of Maldives (Maldives Islands), located 400 miles southwest of Sri Lanka with approximately 200 inhabited islands in the Indian Ocean. The Company is in advanced talks with Maldives officials on multiple island full system LED lighting and security systems and expects to announce any specific arraignments and/or contractual terms during the first quarter of 2014.

Further, RI Developers will stock in local inventory all needed spare parts (equal to 3% of market size) for immediate support. Note: All parts and fully finished products are supported/provided by the Company's (Apollo Metro) headquarters in the United States.

In other global developments; in anticipation of greater LED light market demand in the Middle East and North Africa, Viper Networks has signed a contract with a partner in UAE (United Arab Emirates) with a local manufacturing facility with production expansion capabilities to match higher LED light market demands.

Viper Networks' management would like to extend their best wishes during the holiday season and a warm greeting to shareholders with more news to come.
