Seel, so what you are saying is that Dr Menon's son, who was in high school or college at the time, and has no medical background that we no of, FOUNDED Kard Scientific and is their chief shareholder? And, this was filed in an SEC document? Hmmmm, interesting . . .
Also, my opinion . . . you do not set up an LLC for legal protection or tax purposes or IP purposes when you are leading a public company.Too many "moving" pieces here. The "ball" is under which coconut shell?
