I keep it real with the EWSI opportunity.  Shareholders have lost their minds with the low PPS and the constant garbage being posted by Detearing and the other two knuckleheads.

I'll post my thoughts one more time regarding current trading activity (last 10 days or so).

Lots of S-8 shareholders were simply sitting on their shares letting the EWSI business develop (i.e. read Q3 filing, and 2TRG acquisition, and 5M LOC from TCA).  They are very green with their shares.  The market simply didn't react bullishly to the last couple great news releases.  So, they waited, and now they're not.  It's that simple.  They are unloading shares that are already in the Float into the Free Float (shares not in strong/long hands).  They are essentially cashing in for the holiday season.  It could also have to do with taxes!!  Folks need to start thinking a little bit on this.  Once they're done, the issue should move smoothly to the upside on what I believe will be tremendous and continuous accomplishments.

Some retail that I know also were in positions where they needed to sell some stock for some cash, and EWSI happened to fit the bill.  Remember, there are lots of longs who have pretty big positions that are also super green.

So, these two areas are where I firmly believe the selling pressure is coming from.  All a person can do is to continue to hit the ask if they think this is a good price for their money and their risk tolerance.  Once these guys are done selling they won't be anywhere in sight for awhile.  The end of the year always brings volatility for tax juggling and also for investment changes.  I hope the folks selling other issues to tax loss/gains find the EWSI opportunity with their money...
