Absolutely. Once greed becomes part of a person's character, then the person and the business are no longer trustworthy. IHUB on the EWSI board is indeed a joke.
If anyone understands the opportunity and risk/reward with EWSI, then message boards have little to no impact. I would suggest all mods step down (except for DeeDog of course!) and folks migrate away from that board to this one. Bashers won't know what to do when they're the only ones left!!
IMO the clear risk/reward for those of us early to the EWSI opportunity is that leadership can grow assets and cash flow very quickly to allow for cash to take over operating costs. The overriding risk is that EWSI cannot control their share structure and they are forced to address their capital structure in the next 18 months (i.e. raise the A/S). That being said, as a bull long on EWSI, I am comfortable with this company moving into 2014 with an additional 100Mish shares in the O/S if their revs can overtake their operating costs completely at some point during the year. I do think they'll have 360Mish O/S by year end 2014, but I also think they do at least 100M in gross revs. Folks need to pay attention to all of the fundamentals as they continue to grow their company and look for things such as a steady/growing gross margin number.
Anyway, I have zero sells in the system. I am completely comfortable with EWSI and will not re-evaluate my core position until the 2013 K is filed and the first two Qs 2014 are filed.
Remember, EWSI leadership indicated we'll all get a 2013 year end update on numbers in January. So, the K will hold absolutely no surprises (they shouldn't anyway!) So, after they give us the goods on 2013, folks can put their full attention on the Q1 2014 growth story.
We're in the holiday season now. S-8 shareholders knew that Q3 would be great and that 2TRG would close. They waited to see how the market would respond. We got a muted response at best. So, now they're selling some of their shares into the free float to get some cash back for the services they performed in 2013. Bigger holiday presents. This selling should stop very soon IMO. Toss in a few large blocks from traders/longs and we got a 03 PPS! Buying opportunity IMO
