Any guesses on what comes out of the Fed meeting t

Any guesses on what comes out of the Fed meeting tomorrow? I can't believe that Ben wants to leave office on a "downer" so I am guessing no taper . . . but, Ben has proven us wrong before. I still think he should have tapered in Sept, the market was expecting it. So, 2pm Tuesday is Armageddon . . . we will see the markets skyrocket or tank. Excuse me, I am going to pop a few more Tums!
