I've been waiting years to hear positive specifics

I've been waiting years to hear positive specifics out of TECO.  "Vague" is their make over.  Maybe 2014 will bring some hardened positive facts with for a change.  The PPS continues to suffer at historical lows and that's all any shareholder looks at when concluding success or no success.   There are still far too many ifs, ands, and buts.  At least they are still in business!
