I've said for a long time that MM's, Hedgies and/or Brokers with much NSS on the line will do whatever to put TECO out of business. I firmly believe that these guys on Ihub are working for someone in some capacity and not just bashing capacity either. They are digging for dirt and providing that dirt to the SEC, the TRRC, TECO's banks, and any interested big money investors and/or any other regulatory agency in order to interfere with TECO's business plan and success.
Why would people run this sort of campaign this versus spending their energies buying shares and going long on the stock and run an elaborate promotion campaign to drive the PPS through the roof? Why do these people want TECO out of business so badly? Because they never want the need to cover 100's of millions of NSS shares. It will put some of these smaller hedgefunds out of business if/when the time comes to cover. This might sound like some wild imaginative speculation but I've seen it before in other stocks.
