I'm interested in reviewing the 8K that will be filed on the 5M LOC TCA has provided to EWSI. Lets see if the terms are reasonable.
Last two weeks of Dec always bring opportunities along. VNDM/VFIN plus some other bigger block sells by retail for what I'm sure is very good personal reasons has presented an opportunity to everyone with powder who wants bigger blocks at a discount to revenues for EWSI.
My guess current Qtr is 7.5 - 8.5M. I think we head over the 10M mark Q1 2014 with a potential upside to 15M (or more!!). After Q1 2014 it's "Katie Bar the Door Time." IMO cash flow positive by Q2 2014....
Several acquisitions in active consideration right now!! China going to explode to the upside. SURF in bigger spaces already. 2TRG getting turn over as we speak with at least 5M in additional revs headed to the bottom line. 1st modest E-Plant will be recycling by the summer with at least two more scheduled for completion in 2014.
