jbz, I never noticed anywhere the word "soon." But from MSJ's purchase/acquisition PR from this past February, this line seems to indicate that they were expecting to partner with someone from their meetings.
"Minera San Jorge discusses others participations in Cinco Minas with money commitments and mining historical experience. One partner should come to Cinco Minas from our meetings."
