I spoke to the Company and their analysts have valued the company at 40 times EBTDA post acquisition This gives a $300M market cap and a direct value pps of $2.45.

With the demand, the fact that most investors in the company hold shares at $5 plus, and the fact that they have healthcare group contracts to announce, $0.80- cents is in my opinion, will be the immediate effect and resulting pps when they announce the acquisition.

They believe a price between $6 and $8 is where this is going
