another small cargo ship coming - maybe 11500 tons

OMRI doesnt do the buying itself but acts primarily as a private non govt certification for organic fertilizer, and secondarily or thirdly as a clearing house for buyers and sellers to voluntarily list themselves as looking for buyers or sellers-each of which may have their own specific requirements and processing facilities or the lack thereof.
theres a rumor Agios isnt for CWRN -but just dont know- just dont get your hopes so high u commit suicide-since the delay is NOT likely an operational problem
I suspect Brad has his own contacts in countries not covered by the permits he inherited from Bob ,and has thus been working thru the glacial Mexican permit process to add such countries-
thats the most logical explanation for the delay, though the govt could've added new audits midyear in its ever changing redtape attempt to solve a boots on the ground problem w paperwork-just as they did when they cancelled all iron export permits nationwide Dec 2011 just before CWRN was to sign a note to ship 12-21-11-see 6-25-12 PR and bingos posts etc
if so they may not ship til Jan because a change in permit this late in the year would probably not be effective til jan- for it takes months to process such
(Mex Christmas vacation is 2 weeks starting ca Dec 24)
the problem is not likely operational
most beneficial reason for the delay would be Brad withholding port shipments in favor of his own ship loading station on the premise such was imminent- (Navial website forecast such for 2014 but of course plans on said site are behind schedule, like everything in this world), but we have no info on such-
another possible reason is the months it might take to forge a long term contract,so more ships could be turned out without months of negotiations for each load
IF Agios is for iron,as a non-company source said, it most likely would be for CWRN- there are no other public iron co's in Ensenada port area to my knowledge, nor even any viable private co's to my knowledge except Navial-does anybody know of any-we eliminated geo via dd
it is odd Agios is using Cabotage terminal -but already explained reasons why that may be
