Was this idiotic dividend idea the brainstorm of Mayor and Choo? Did they think up this can of worms up in their bathtub. What's the point of it? If they get a kick out of wasting company resources and jumping into quicksand head first, let them do it on their own nickel, not at the shareholder's expense and angst. This dividend was announced on May 20, 2013 when SKTO was in its infancy and infinitely more important and relevant SK business matters needed attention. After eight months,. the dividend is still a nagging issue not resolved. Scrap the dividend in 2014 and throw Choo and Mayor out with the bathwater.
