Agreed.
The 10K is by far the most significant upcoming development that needs to happen to bring shareholder value. I think it will happen because so far this year, everything that the CEO has stated as forward looking statements have come to pass and are in motion, so I think the 10K will get filed but the question is when. I have a feeling that management is probably finishing up the 10K right now or else has it completed but allowing the auditors to use it privately for the audit to make the audit move along faster, before the 10K is filed for the public; just a guess.
We do not know exactly what the reporting period will be for the audit but it should handle a 12 month duration. The 10K paves the way for an audit and the audit itself allows management to file other documents and forms with the SEC in order to make a push to get uplisted to the OTCBB. The 10K filing alone will not mean that the stock can immediately be uplisted, it takes an audit, getting current with quarterly financial reports as well as other forms for an uplist. A successful uplisting to the OTCBB would be a game changer for the stock. On the OTCBB, there would be greater volumes and perhaps less volatility which could support the price over longer time horizons, which would allow the stock to naturally move upwards.
I think the other major hurdle for shareholders is getting complete transparency on how many preferred shares have been issued up to the current quarter and how many of those shares have been converted and are no longer restricted. We know how much the RFMK stock is getting shorted, that is another story, but the other side of it that leads to downward selling pressure is the seemingly unlimited supply of shares that come crashing on the market each day selling at any price, lower and lower, followed by the next few days getting upward revisions of the O/S. It needs to stop, the constant dilution is killing the stock and thwarting buying pressure so that no momentum can ever be attained. The CEO needs to address this issue; perhaps the 10K info will bring shareholders closure in that regard. We have been burned time and again by toxic funding and unknown funders doing the usual pump and dump promo cycles in the stock and the CEO coming out with shareholder updates telling us he will never again use that funder. This is all well and good however, after many promises about long term funding, etc, the O/S continues to move up every week and the selling remains unabated. As of now the O/S is at 1.3B which was my estimate as for how high the O/S could move up to based on what we knew from the last filing as regards the amount of preferred shares still floating around out there so hopefully the dilution is finally at an end, however the O/S moving up so much so fast versus how little the restricted share count has moved up in the same time frame makes me believe that perhaps the company has been diluting directly. Of course we all hate to mention such possibilities but nevertheless it is a possibility until we can actually take a look at the 10K and the reporting period end date is close to the current date. Of course the company has made much progress with all of the dilution however my question is, when does it end? When does management finally have enough money raised via dilution to run the business for the rest of the year? I was under the impression that revenues were starting to roll in, and according to the last filing, there is no more debt or liabilities so that should enable the company to begin weaning itself off of dilution to fund operations and become a real business, rather soon now. I am sure we will realize all of the real truth once we get the 10K but as usual we find ourselves waiting and in the dark so that all we have is speculation, rumor and the bashers able to use the lack of information to spew any misinformation or opinions they want in order to spread fear and doubt about RFMK. Let us all hope that management can silence the dark side soon with a dose of pure information and knowledge via the 10K filing.
