This has to be someone who is not paying a broker's fee for these 100 share buys-like an MM or whoever else is not subject to that fee. Appears a well thought out plan to accumulate big masses of shares as cheap as possible. I'm not familiar enough with these types of groups but sure they must exist. I suspect when they are finished we'll take off.
