1.International CES mtg in Vas Vegas will allow other COs to have
exposure to TDEYs 3D Content and conversion process.
2.Apple App again submitted 30 hrs ago. Approval process is very thorough. December 21st is goal and should be achieved.
3.Currently working on new code for ROKU .
4.December 18th there is a Conference Call with Jasper Group to discuss application build-out. Should effect bottom line in the next few quarters.
5.3D signage deals are in discussion now. PRs will soon follow once terms are finalized.
6.Studios121.com, contracted work to be done in suite 121 there starting first week of January. Studio has all the equipment to produce content, convert content and build App (such as the Jasper App). This will ramp up production and profitability faster.
7.Currently in development on a few projects and in talks on others.
8.I-Point/Swordfish acquisition based on value. Terms of 3rd party
payment caused delay. Terms will be finalized by December 31st or (end of year).
9. Marketing of 3D App will begin Jan 2nd or (beginning of the year). Included signage and downloads of QR code. There will be offered a free QR download reader. TDEYs 3D QR code will be everywhere and will be placed before millions of people in the next few months. This will be in the US and other countries. FACEBOOK will also contain this and will allow people to share live TV shows with all their friends.
