She most likely will never get back to you.
The only way they can get them is if they violate TOS. That is if they use offensive language or make a personal attack on a member. Most of the times they are just saying the same thing over and over again to bait you into attack them, and get you banned. They are technically allowed to say whatever they want about the company, whether true or false, as long as it is not directed at any other poster. They can even make attacks on the CEO without consequence.
