In my research, I recall seeing Mayor ascribed as CEO at an earlier time in the company's history. However, from what I see at OTC Markets, in the 2013 fins, and in the press releases, Mayor is ascribed as president and not CEO. If there is evidence that refutes this, I certainly would like to see it.
