Yes I do Sunnybank.  I had a veteran trader tell me it was a great buy at .05. LOL!  They were buying up shares "with both arms and both legs" as they put it.  I think many here thought the 5's, 4's and 3's were great buys.  That's why many who could pick up .005's and/or .008's and still can't average down enough to satisfy them.  Most of the funds were spent at a much higher PPS.  Then the other side of the coin (no pun intended) is M. Mulshine was selling shareholders on great gains by February,2012 and yet the entire business plan was changing.  The CC advertised 200  BPD from the Mitchells and CFP.  Why would TECO mention this crap unless 110% sure of it.   At that time these guys didn't know what the hell they were doing or what they had in Belize and in W. Texas but they were selling stock like it was the next Microsoft of the oil E&P sector.
