Sent an e-mail to Martie/Susan this morning. This will give you an idea of the type of information I now want to evaluate. If they can provide the matrix of companies they're using for future value comparisons, then it keeps me from "guessing wrong."
My guess is that you folks have other publicly traded waste management companies on a “fundamental value” matrix that includes items such as EPS, Gross Revs, Market Cap, share Structure, P/E, Growth, Net Earnings etc) to gauge where you believe EWSI will end up. In essence, my bet is you have a core group of companies that you want to be compared to moving forward for a possible up listing and subsequent value analysis by big brokerage houses. I hope my question makes sense? You have provided virtually every other information source such as your Business Model and your Financial Strategy moving forward. What shareholders and potential shareholders don’t know is where you believe your eventual fundamental value lies as you develop revs, gross margins, net margins, etc.
Are you willing to share this part of your “storyboard?”
I’m asking because I think your rev growth will be a lot higher than most think and as you position your company for an up listing this is the type of info shareholders would like to evaluate. Also, would you be willing to share your desired venue once you start the process of an up list? This would provide folks an additional road map to track your progress with respect to the up listing requirements. In other words, it would be fun for investors to track your progress and look for key metrics moving forward to determine how close you’re actually getting to an up list.
Thanks for the great Q&A Martie.
