In regards to our production schedule... We are working on 21 shows for the new fall scheduled as well as for the up fronts in February.  We will release news about each show once we have reels in place to show people. We are doing a combination of reality shows and scripted shows which are incredible.  We now have one of the best teams in Hollywood working on the shows. I want to address the EzVIP show questions.  As I had said in previous posts, we are no longer shooting this nightlife show in Miami and will no long have EzVIP as the subject of the night life show.  We have retooled the nightlife show to be based in one of the largest clubs in Hollywood.  The venue, staff , celebrities and drama of this world is incredible and will create an extraordinary reality show.   This move has already given us a huge boost in participation by product placement sponsors, production value and celebrity interest.  The cost of shooting right here in Hollywood also saved us a great deal of money in production costs.

Our important relationships remain in places after the change as Daymond John's number one guy, Jay Leopardi is hosting another one of our new shows the Uncommon Denominator.  We met with Jay and his people about the change in subject mater of the nightlife show and they have no issues and support our decision.
