What's up with all the lawsuit talk? This would never fly as it is the "Pinks" we all knew before we took out the checkbook that the risk was high but so are the rewards . And if it were that easy to sue these companies no one would ever lose money and there would be no start up public companies. Everyone has a right to be angry and upset but only with ourselves. Just because we can't see what's going on doesn't mean it's not going on and I choose to believe BBio and they say management is great and getting things done.
