12. Can you continue growing without more personnel? No. People are the lifeblood of our growth. We have an excellent team and a good structure evolving. But as we grow, whether by acquisition, or organically, we will be constantly looking for more exceptional people to join us who can help sustain our growth. We presently are looking for more business development people to join us under an incentive based compensation plan in California, the USA and in our London offices; we are engaged in a search for a top level financial executive who has experience at a NASDAQ, NYSE, or LSE exchange; additions to our corporate administration team; and sales professionals.
