CLOUD, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 12/12/13 -- RenuEn Corporation (RENU:$0.0018,$0.0001,5.88%) , Team Energy, Inc., and RenuEn Corporation's (RENU:$0.0018,$0.0001,5.88%) CEO Don Wood, announced today that they have settled the lawsuit filed by HSA Golden, Inc. as it relates to the St. Cloud Landfill project. In addition to the settlement, we have withdrawn our counterclaim and retract and withdraw our prior statements concerning HSA Golden, Inc. contained in our press release(s) dated October 24, 2013. This global resolution also settles any and all claims that may have involved the City of St. Cloud between HSA Golden and RenuEn Corporation (RENU:$0.0018,$0.0001,5.88%) .
