I read all 200 pages of documints esp. the deposit

I read all 200 pages of documints esp. the deposition Bogden and the last 20 pages or so show Bogden did alot of things trying to destroy TYTAN because TYTAN cancelled his dealership agreement. All of Bogdens actions affected both sales and PPS and dealerships. He did a lot more damage than just post on tractorco.com. to cause a bad image of Tytan.
Steve Olson took his tractor to bogden to have clutch adjusted, Bogden cannibalized it said it had two broken steering brackets. Then kept on display trying to show Tytan was a tractor of poor quality . Mr. Olson needed two sheriff deputies to go with him to get his tractor back
Then Bogden called all of tytan's dealers (8 I think the docs said) telling them there is a law suit against Tytan with the CPSC (CONSUMER PROCTION AGENCY) and stating there are problems with all of Tytan's transmissions and steering brackets along with other negative statements destroying Tytan's dealer base.

It will take time and alot of effort on Mark's part to UNDO Bogdens damage.
